The chemical laboratory is
provided a sophisticated analytical instrument named gas-massa (GC/MS)
for analysis of volatile compounds which are responsible for
anomalous taste in wines, such as TCA (thricloroanisol).
In this way it is possible to monitor the raw material used in
production and the quality of the finished product.
The chemical laboratory carried out also chemical analysis on
auxiliares materials, lubricants and glues and on wastes of washing
through peroxides test.
