PRODUCTION PROCESS

 

The agglomeration process, applyed in our factories, uses the tecnology of individual moulding agglomeration which values the excellent features of agglomerated cork stoppers and agglomerated cork stoppers with disks.

Choise to agglomerate only grain with specific weight included between 55 and 75 kg/m.

Purification and disinfection of grain through the process at humid heat "Originel Libre Liege".

Selection of the glue used to follow up specified chemical analysis.

Analisys critical parameter of performance in our laboratories.

The agglomerate cork stopper LIBRE guarantees in this way homogeneus mechanical-physical features and hight chemical inertia indispensable for the wine preservation.
